These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Voice 365 LLC website, products, and services. By purchasing a subscription, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

AI Voice 365 LLC provides online, subscription-based digital products and services related to AI voice and communication technology (“Services”). All Services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are sold.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and using our Services for business purposes to create an account or purchase a subscription. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Creation & Access

Accounts may be created by AI Voice 365 LLC on your behalf or by you directly.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account. Ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. AI Voice 365 LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard account credentials.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

All Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You authorize AI Voice 365 LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. AI Voice 365 LLC does not store full credit card details. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges unless required by law or explicitly stated in writing. Access to Services may continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

Violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws. Transmit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or fraudulent communications. Send messages without proper consent where required. Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity. Interfere with system security or service availability. You are solely responsible for how you use AI voice tools provided by AI Voice 365 LLC.

7. Communications

By using this website from ai voice 365 LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and communicate with you, including via SMS and email. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. SMS communications are transactional in nature and are used only for appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, service related updates, and responses to inquiries initiated by the user. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages and we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To opt back in, you must submit a new request through our website and provide consent again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. 8. AI & Data Disclaimer

AI Voice 365 LLC provides tools related to AI voice and communication technology. We do not use customer communications to train public or third-party AI models. Limited metadata may be stored for billing, troubleshooting, compliance, and service improvement AI Voice 365 LLC does not sell, license, or monetize customer communication content. Customers are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable laws when using AI voice or messaging tools.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials provided by AI Voice 365 LLC are owned by or licensed to AI Voice 365 LLC. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the Services without written permission to the address below.

10. Service Availability & Modifications

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time to improve functionality, maintain security, or comply with legal requirements. We are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party providers, or events beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Voice 365 LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the previous 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Voice 365 LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in prohibited conduct. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
